Before we start working on our home, I know some of you might have frustration.
I know I have.
A year ago , I was drowning in our cluttered disorganized home. I was embarrassed living a life-like this, I was done being disorganized. This was not a reflection of me, but yet it was. I needed to find the old ME that I once knew.
I had so many thoughts running through my mind that were dying to come out. I like to think out loud, but even that wasn’t helping me moving forward. I needed a piece of paper to pour my heart out and find a way, I was desperate for clarity.
I had to write down exactly what was frustrating me, how can I change that? and what steps did I had to do to make it happen. I can tell you , after writing all this down , I noticed straight away how light I felt.. I felt good.
To see my frustration and anger on a piece of paper, It was clear for me what I had to do to help me move forward and make some action.
And today I am sharing it with you.
These exact questions has helped me move forward and work on our home. Without them, there was no way I could have focus and create a home I could be proud of.
Since we are doing this challenge, I am referring back to that sheet and let it guide me of how and what exactly I want to create. what emotions I want to feel when I am in the living room, bedroom , and the kitchen.
In this worksheet I want you to pour your heart out. Be honest with yourself.
Focus on how you feel and how you want to feel about the house, because in my opinions how we feel about our home is far more important than how it looks.
Which I mean , you don’t need expensive grand stuff. Simple and effective is all we need!
